The MOCA was founded in 1979. It currently remains the only museum in Greater Los Angeles that is fully committed to art in its contemporary form. It is devoted to all forms of art that have been made since 1940. The Museum of Contemporary Art simply wants to preserve all of the hard work that these artists have performed. You can simply go here and enjoy the works of all of these contemporary artists.

The MOCA has three modern facilities which include The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA, MOCA Pacific Design Center, and of course, MOCA Grand Avenue. Each visit supports art in its greatest form while providing education and jobs for everyone. So come, please visit us at MOCA.
